Once you have viewed a property that you like, the process then begins. We will obtain references from your Employer, previous Landlord and carryout a full credit check keeping you informed of progress along the way and any other details we may require.

We will sit down with you and go through all the relevant paperwork also supplying you with numbers in order for you to set up your utilities and full detailed inventory to help you with your deposit. At this time you will also receive a certificate to prove your deposit has been registered with the government approved scheme The Dispute Service (TDS).
